At Rhodia, we want you to love your home as much as we do, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all eligible furniture and decor items. If your selection isn't the perfect fit for your space, simply return it in its original packaging for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Rhodia account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a prepaid shipping label.

  Pack with Care

  Securely place the items in their original boxes with all protective padding and documentation to ensure they arrive back at our warehouse safely.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location or schedule a home pickup for larger furniture pieces through our logistics partner.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
